At Erika Kelly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them securely in the original shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
